chat.facebook.com is not very useful neither in the server manager / connect dialog nor in the chat list

In Twitter there is also a hack that uses Twitter/$account_name as NetworkID and shows that as hostname in the server list.

Maybe we need a proper flag for this, when server entries are not bound to the hostname but account. Or the server list should also show the network name, see #927.
