Description
Using Unity, if you:
1. make the sidebar (where you can see the rooms) a bit wider
2. then switch to another app via CTRL+Tab
3. then click on the smuxi icon inside Unity
Current results: the sidebar gets resized back to a small size
Expected results: should not resize, but maintain the last size I set

Frontend-GNOME: fix auto resizing the window layout on re-focus (closes: #1080)
On Unity it was reported that the chat width changes to the original size when
switching back to Smuxi from the Unity menu. Smuxi will now only adjust the
layout if the window width has changed.

This issue seems to be Unity specific, at least I can't reproduce it with GNOME3 (gnome-shell)
