Description
I searched for xmbc in the group chat search. Then it crashed.
I'm using version 0.8 on Ubuntu 10.10

Make sure to not paste any passwords! Pasting the last 50 lines should be sufficient.

I wonder if this issue happens if smuxi-engine-irc is installed and used on the smuxi-server side but is missing on the smuxi-frontend-gnome side... Are you using smuxi-server?
