Description
From time to time sometimes people join #smuxi and are not so happy that Smuxi automatically did that for them. While this is a great service for Smuxi users, especially for IRC beginners not everyone needs or wants that. Smuxi should instead show a dialog on the first start and let the user confirm the action and also allow to never do that (using a checkbox) and also to change the settings (like nick and realname) before it actually connects. This should make everyone happy.

Engine: do not expose the user's realname automatically (refs: #541)
This is only a short term workaround. The user should have the option to use
their realname obtained from the operating system, but only after reviewing and
acknowledging that setting. This can be done using a dialog for the first start
which #541 wants to do.
This user information leak was also filed as [#779803][] in the Debian BTS.
