Description
The context-menu of users in channels could show a "invite to" sub-menu which lists all channels where Smuxi is joined to. This makes it very convient to invite users from other channels.

Implemented "Invite To" menu (closes: #350)
The person menu of the GroupChatView and the CTCP menu had to be refactored so
the menu could hold dynamic items which is needed for the invite menu.
