Description
Can someone investigate does the PeerTimedOut event ever fire? I havent been able to fire it in MonoTorrent 0.72.

The default timeout is 50 minutes, so if you want a peer to time out you have to wait until he fails to announce within that interval. The only case that this should happen would be if the peers client crashed or computer had a power failure. All well behaved clients indicate they are exiting before they actually shut down.
