Description
Add IPv6 support by making a "use ipv6" option.

I have full IPv6 connectivity -- irssi can, smuxi not. But we know that smuxi rocks, right? ;)

Seems like Mono has a bug in the IPv6 support of TcpClient, see:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=462688

This is a log of smuxi 0.8 with local engine and IPv6 activated in the mono config, though I suspect this has more to do with SmartIrc4net.
