Description

Smuxi should provide standalone smuxi-server binaries so users can let the server run on servers where they are not root (and thus can't install Mono for example).

This could also include stand-alone versions of the frontend, for use as a USB stick "install" for on-the-go users?

I would second this! Would be super handy to have a copy of smuxi available on a USB stick.

Frontend would be a different complexity (even higher because of GTK#) than a binary for the server and also should be it's own request/ticket instead.

I have created a small package, almost like a 'PortableApps' package that does this for 0.10 on Windows. It packages the mono and gtk DLLS so you don't have to install anything.

@Jonathan Rudolp could you provide that script or archive you created? I would like to provide it as official download flavor.
