Smuxi

As Smuxi is staying inactive when clicking on "show" in desktop notifications, the clearing of tab highlight color is handled incosistent.

If the tab has been the active one within Smuxi, the highlight color is not cleared
If the tab has been inactive within Smuxi (focus on another tab), the highlight color is cleared as the tab is changed an this is not checking whether Smuxi as the whole application is active or not. I suppose this is due to the fact that before introducing desktop notification the only trigger for changing the tab has been a mouse click by the user. Now it's the desktop notification doing this.
