Description

When user click to "show" in desktop notifications for Smuxi, the window is coming to the foreground but stays inactive. This way the notification icon is still blinking for a highlight and tab color may stay red.

If a user clicks on "show" I would assume the window should become also active

[Frontend-GNOME] Fixed bringing the Smuxi window to foreground from desktop notifications and messaging menu (closes: #489)

- Implemented Gtk.Window.PresentWithServerTime() extension method
- Pass X11 server time using PresentWithServerTime() for desktop notifications
and messaging menu callacks
