This is not a bug. 0.6.4-1 is Smuxi 0.6.4 Debian revision 1.
Smuxi 0.6.4.1-1 packages are available from the private APT repository:
deb http://debian.meebey.net/lenny-backports/smuxi /

Those packages will also be uploaded to backports.org in 3 days (they have a policy after which time I can upload new versions).
