Description
In the old tab-based navigation it was possible to change the active tab by scrolling with the mouse wheel.
IMO this is an important feature. Consider this use case: there is another application opened in the foreground, and the user is reading IRC in the background. By using the mouse wheel, it is possible to switch between channels without having to change the active window.
