Description
This works in most Windows Programs and will help people acclimate more to the program. It will also help when people close the toolbar out and need to bring it back.

Nice idea, especially on Windows this is what people expect. Not sure yet if Smuxi should do the same on GNOME. OS X has a global menu always anyhow so nothing to fix there.
