Chatroom tabs order jumbled

Description
Whenever I lose my connection and smuxi reconnects, all the tabs jump out of order as smuxi rejoins each channel. This is particularly annoying when you connect to multiple servers, and it stops being obvious which channel is from which server (on first launch, each server's channels tabs are adjacent to each other, but this stops being true after a reconnect and is quite disorienting).

This is ultimately fixed with the new chat tree in 01105a7ac31f6b1f90a16d719b576f9740d8145b
