Description
When you connect to a smuxi-server on Windows every highlighted messages will beep during the sync. This is pretty annoying.

Only beep on highlights for synced chats (closes: #223)
On Linux GTK+ ignores many beep requests and only the most recent one will
be executed. On Windows though every beep call gets executed right away,
causing lots of beeping noise during a frontend sync.

A simple solution to this issue would be if the "beep" code would only start beeping after the chat was synced and not before that.
