Answer
This error will occur when the host of the SSH server has changed the RSA keys for SSH. This is not a Smuxi error and can be fixed by editing your ~/.ssh/known_hosts file to add the correct keys. Be careful though, the reason this error was thrown in the first place is because the RSA keys have changed, it is up to you to trust the host of the server.
The easiest way to fix this is to simply delete the known_hosts file and start over this time accepting the new key. However this will remove all your saved keys for SSH.
