Smuxi

Often on IRC you need to paste something that is longer than 3 lines and thus would be a flood. When this happens Smuxi warns the user and asks for confirmation but is not offering the solution to it. Instead Smuxi should ask for confirmation and also offer to pastebin (a special site that contains pastes of users) the content and only send a URL of that paste to the chat.

For simplification and reliability the initial implementation should use a public smuxi pastebin service (paste.smuxi.org), that way the API that Smuxi needs to use is guaranteed.
